DS Spectrum Enterprises is an Australian software company that provides club-management tools for sports clubs and community organisations. Shuttly is our badminton club management platform.

- Club membership details: your club, session day, player type (casual or permanent)
- Attendance records: which sessions you attended, recorded by your club admin
- Account balance: credits added by your club admin for session fees
- Health declarations: self-reported answers to standard sports-participation health questions (stored but not shared)
We do not collect payment card details. All fund transfers are made directly between members and club admins via external bank transfer or PayID โ no payment data passes through our systems.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your Shuttly account
- To record and display your session attendance and balance
- To allow club admins to manage their club's members and sessions
- To send SMS notifications from your club admin (phone number only, if provided)
- To respond to support requests
We do not use your data for advertising, sell your data to third parties, or share it with any party outside your club administration.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on servers located in Australia. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. Only your club admin can view your membership details; other members cannot.
5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your club membership is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days. Historical attendance records may be retained in anonymised form for club reporting.

Under Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
